- Illinois State Museum, Springfield
On the fourth Friday of each month through May the Museum will be open late for live music, food, and fun! The Bicentennial & Beyond exhibition is closing on February 3 and the public is invited to enjoy one last celebration of Illinois’ great history with the first event of the new Museum After Hours series. This first night will include a scavenger hunt with prizes, Illinois trivia, and more.
Jazz by Footprints with Virgil Rhodes will provide live music. Drinks will include beer from Obed and Isaac's Microbrewery, wine from Danenberger Family Vineyards, and non-alcoholic beverages. Cooper's StrEATside Bistro will be providing their great food truck menu indoors.
All tickets include a free beverage. Food and additional beverages will be available for purchase.
Tickets available at the door or online at bit.ly/mahjan2019. All proceeds from this event support educational programming at the Illinois State Museum. For more information, please contact Sarah Davis at firstname.lastname@example.org or (217) 782-6044.
